Chambertin Villa by G Estate

Please inform Chambertin Villa by G Estate in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of THB 12000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. An electricity usage fee of THB 5 per electrical unit during the guests’ stay will be charged. Please be informed that the rates are inclusive of the following services: -Cleaning once per week (Additional cleaning services may be requested for an extra charge) -Maintenance of the swimming pool and garden -Drinking water and water usage fees -Towels and bed linen The property requires a prepayment via Paypal. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with the Paypal link. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received. An early check-in and late check-out can be arranged (subject to availability) upon request for an additional charge. Please note that a late check-in fee applies for those arriving after 18:00 hrs.
