C-Sand Private Beachfront House

- กรุณาระบุจำนวนแขกที่จะเข้าพักก่อนจะทำการจอง เราอนุญาตให้พักสูงสุดได้แค่ 12 ท่าน ถ้าหากเข้าพักแล้วพบว่ามีจำนวนแขกมากกว่า 12 คน เราจะทำการยกเลิกการจองและไม่มีการคืนเงินทุกกรณี
- เด็กนับอายุไม่เกิน 6 ขวบสามารถพักฟรีได้ 2 คน โดยเป็นการนอนเตียงเดียวกับผู้ใหญ่ เด็กอายุเกิน 6 ปีขึ้นไปให้นับเสมือนเป็นผู้ใหญ่เข้าพัก 1 ท่าน
- กรุณาให้เงินประกันจำนวน 3,000 บาทแก่พนักงานก่อนได้รับกุญแจที่พัก เงินประกันจะถูกคืนเต็มจำนวนในวันที่คืนห้องพักเมื่อทางเราตรวจสอบแล้วว่าไม่มีอะไรเสียหาย
- ไม่อนุญาตให้สูบบุหรี่ภายในตัวบ้าน หากฝ่าฝืน ปรับ 3,000 บาท กรุณาอย่าทิ้งก้นบุหรี่บริเวณในและพื้นที่นอกบ้านหรือชายหาด และทิ้งในที่เขี่ยบุหรี่ที่จัดเตรียมไว้ให้
- ไม่อนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงทุกประเภทเข้าพัก หากฝ่าฝืน ปรับ 3,000 บาท
- กรุณาแจ้งพนักงานก่อนจะใช้ เตาปิ้ง BBQ ไฟถ่าน
- กรุณาล้างเท้าและล้างตัวหลังจากเล่นน้ำทะเล ณ จุดที่เตรียมไว้ให้นอกบ้าน เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เศษทรายติดเข้ามาบริเวณภายในบ้านพัก
- กรุณาอย่าทิ้งของลงโถส้วมและทิ้งกระดาษทิชชู่ลงในถังขยะเพื่อป้องกันการอุดตัน
- ห้ามเคลื่อนย้ายเฟอร์นิเจอร์และของตกแต่งภายในบ้านโดยไม่จำเป็นเพื่อป้องกันการเสียหาย
- กรุณาอย่าติดของตกแต่งบนผนังบ้าน เช่น สก็อตเทป หรือวัสดุอื่น ๆ ที่อาจก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อสีผนัง
- ทางเราจะทำความสะอาดบ้านก่อนแขกเช็คอินและหลังจากแขกเช็คเอาท์เท่านั้น (ทางเราจะทำความสะอาดห้องให้ถ้าพักมากกว่า 3 วันขึ้นไปโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม)
- กรุณารักษาความสะอาดภายในและภายนอกบ้านโดยการทิ้งขยะให้เรียบร้อยก่อนคืนห้อง ทางบ้านพักได้เตรียมถังขยะไว้ให้ และกรุณาทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์ เครื่องใช้ในครัวเมื่อใช้เสร็จ หากไม่สะดวกขอคิดค่าบริการ 500 บาท
- กรุณาปิดไฟและแอร์เมื่อออกจากบ้าน
- กรุณาอย่าส่งเสียงรบกวนผู้อาศัยใกล้เคียงในยามวิกาล
- กรุณาดูแลทรัพย์สินมีค่าของท่านให้เรียบร้อย ทางเราจะไม่รับผิดชอบหากมีการสูญหายเกิดขึ้นไม่ว่าด้วยสาเหตุใดๆ ก็ตาม
- หากท่านทำกุญแจบ้านสูญหายทางเราจะปรับ 500 บาท
- Please state the correct number of guests before booking. The maximum amount of guests allowed is 12 in total. If there are more than 12 guests staying at the property, your reservation will be cancelled immediately and no refund will be issued.
- Children are 6 years old and under. Only 2 children are allowed. More than 2 children will be counted as adults.
- Please provide a security deposit of 3,000 baht when picking up the keys from my staff. Your deposit will be returned during check out if there are no damages.
- No smoking is allowed inside the house. You will be charged 3,000 baht if this is violated. Please dispose cigarette butts in ash trays provided, NOT on the ground outside the house or the beach.
- No pets or any types of animals allowed. You will be charged 3,000 baht if this is violated.
- Please notify the staff before using the charcoal BBQ grill
- Please wash off after playing at the beach at the shower stationed outside the house to prevent sand coming into the house.
- Please refrain from throwing things into the toilet to prevent clogging and throw toilet paper in the bin.
- Please do not move furniture around unnecessarily to prevent possible damage.
- Please do not attach any decorations on the walls ex.) tape or any other materials that will cause any damage to the surface of the walls
- Room cleaning is done before guests check-in and after guests check-out only. Guests are responsible for maintaining the house during their stay. (We will provide free room cleaning if you stay more than 3 nights)
- Please wash any utensils and equipment you use and clean out any garbage in the bins we provided around the house before you leave. If you are not convenient to do so, you can pay 500 baht for the cleaning fee.
- Please do not wear shoes inside the house.
- Please turn off the lights and air conditioner when you leave the house.
- Please be considerate of other residents and neighbors.
- Please take care of your personal belongings. We are not responsible if any loss is occurred.
- You will be charged 500 baht if you lose the house keys.
