1. UTILITIES: Electric and water is not included, guests must pay for their own consumption. Rates: Electric (6.5 baht per unit) and water (40 baht per unit).
2. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of THB 8,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
3. CLEANING FEE: Please note that a mandatory one-time cleaning fee of THB 1,500 is collected in cash upon check-in. This covers the full turnover and cleaning of the property after your check-out.
4. Guests shall maintain the premises in a good, and clean manner and not cause noise to other residents. Quiet times between 10pm and 8am
5. If a problem occurs relating to the property during occupancy every effort will be made to rectify any problem in a timely manner. Repairs will be made as soon as possible after notification.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. A 5,000 THB deep-cleaning fee will be charged for any smoking inside the property.
7. Tenant acknowledges that the property owners insurances does not cover personal property damage caused by fire, theft, rain, acts of others, and/or any other causes, nor shall Owner / host be held liable for such losses. The Tenant is hereby advised to obtain his own insurance policy to cover any personal losses.
