1. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out will incur a fee of 500 THB per hour.
2. The maximum number of guests allowed is as specified. Any additional guests will be charged 500 THB per person per day/night.
3. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please refrain from making loud noises during this time.
4. If any items are damaged or require additional repairs, the property reserves the right to charge additional fees based on the actual cost of damages.

5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. A fine of 2,000 THB will be applied for any violations or if smoking is detected.
6. Pet Policy: 1 pet allowed free of charge.

Important: Guests are required to clean up after their pets, including any urine or feces. Additional cleaning fees will apply if there are any residues or odors left behind.
