The damage deposit is 2000 baht, which the guest need to paid when they check in
and they will get the money back if no damage is caused.

The staff will come out to met you when you arrive

Accommodation conditions:
- Do not smoking and electronic cigarettes in the accommodation area. There will be a 2,000 THB fine for abusers.
- Do not use of drugs of any kind
- No fireworks or sky lanterns
- The check-out date, wash dishes and clean up the garbage. If you leave it or the house is dirty, there is a service charge of 1,000 THB.
- Except for the agreed number of people, it is not allowed to bring third parties into the house.

-วัน check out ล้างจานชาม เก็บขยะให้ทิ้งด้านนอกเรียบร้อย หากทิ้งไว้ หรือบ้านสกปรก เลอะเทอะมาก มีค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม 1,000 บาท
-ไม่อนุญาตให้นำบุคคลภายนอกเข้ามาในบ้านพัก นอกเหนือจากจำนวนคนที่ตกลง
