Our goal is to provide you with a high standard of accommodation together with quality hospitality services and a personal touch to make sure you have the best environment to enjoy your holidays. When you arrive, we will give you a checklist to remind you about the following points: check-in and check-out times (as per our listing), maximum capacity (as per our listing), no smoking inside the room (allowed in the designated smoking area), no illegal activities, respect of the property, respect of the neighbors (no parties, no loud noise after 10 pm)
Other things to note:
Children are welcome. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed.
Electricity is charged at 8 THB/unit (kWh). To enhance your comfort, we employ an eco-friendly solar panel system that enables you to trim your electricity costs. We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 170 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the property, you will most likely pay an additional 250 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
