• Late check in fee of AED 250 for those guest who will check in later than 9pm will apply.
• Pets are not allowed.
• TV Box damage/missing – AED 300
o Debit/Credit Card and Payment Link Deposit – 15 working days after Check out
• Without prejudice to the generality, the throwing or dropping of any items from apartment balconies is completely prohibited and may cause serious injury to other guests or damage to other properties in this area. This includes but not limited to throwing of cigarettes and smoking shisha. Such actions will be immediately raised to the respective local authorities in order to take the necessary legal action
• Building penalty due to misbehavior which includes but not limited to improper garbage disposal, noise complaint, damage to public area properties, inappropriate public behavior - Full amount of the penalty given by the property
Refund duration:
• Missing Apartment key – AED 250
• The standard check-in time is 3pm while the standard check-out time is 12pm. Late check out to be charged accordingly
• Missing parking/access card – AED 500
o Cash Deposit – Upon Check out
• TV Console damage – AED 2000
• As per the UAE Law, minimum age is 21 years old in order to check-in
• Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. If the smell of smoke is detectable on the premises, we will charge a non-negotiable penalty of AED1000 to fumigate the property.
• HomesGetawayis not liable for any loss of money or valuables left in the unit.
Below are the corresponding charges for incident/damage/policy breach during the stay.
• Apartment fixture damage - To be quoted by building maintenance
• All guests and their visitors are required to present their original UAE valid IDs and/or valid passports as per local laws and regulations.
• Sofa burns and/or tears – AED 2000
• TV damage – AED 2000
• First set of linen and amenities will be provided upon check in. Additional towels can be requested at extra cost.
• Smoking INSIDE the apartment – AED 2000
• Sofa stains – AED 500
• Side lamp damage – AED 500
• Parties are not allowed.
• HomesGetaway is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on premises. Controlling and monitoring the behavior of children while in or around the facilities is the sole responsibility of their parents and is of vital importance to our guests’ safety. HomesGetaway will accept no liability for the behavior of our guests’ children while in or around the premises.
• Security deposit of AED 800/- is required upon check-in for any incident/damage/policy breach charges
• Cleaning and linen change are not included during the stay and can be provided upon request on additional cost. Don’t wash any of the linen or towels from the apartment during your stay.
