This seems a family run b&b. Very friendly and pleasant hosts. Convenient location if you dont like driving to and in London. Accommodation is located about 13 minutes walk from Ealing Common tube station (zone 3, peak time single ticket costs 3.40 gbp to go to London). There is car parking area in front of the property. Hosts were kind to allow leaving our car for several hours after checking out while we visited London. Furniture is quite old, but functions well, not broken. Beds are clean and comfy, hot water and room heating available. Tea, coffee, kettle provided in the room. Hot breakfast and drinks served in the morning. Overall we are happy with our stay.

Friendly budget B&B in London with parking. Good area, close to public transport links. Limited Private parking. Good for Motorcycles. Good Breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Some guests were complaining but I don't know what they expect for the price in London. Ten mins walk away from Ealing Broadway. 15mins walk from Richmond. 3min walk to catch bus across river to Kew Gardens. Couple of pubs near by and lots of takeaways of every description but no fish and chips for some reason. Tescos Metro at Ealing Broadway if you want to fend for yourself.
