Welcome to our property! We want to ensure that your stay is enjoyable for you and respectful to our neighbors. Kindly take note of the following house rules: -No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property or within the premises of property. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside the premises, on the street. Any additional cleaning charges incurred due to smoking within the premises will be deducted from your deposit. -Noise: To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, please keep noise to a minimum between 20:00 and 08:00. This includes refraining from loud music or hosting parties. While we want you to have a great time, we also value our neighbors' need for restful sleep. -STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND. -Check-Out Time: Check-out time is before 11:00 am. Kindly adhere to this time as it allows us to prepare the apartment for the next guests. Late check-out without prior agreement will result in a charge of £50 per hour or part thereof. -Cleaning Responsibility: Before vacating the house, we require guests to wash their dishes. Please bag and dispose off your litter in the large bin, located outside apartment's corridor entrance. Kindly take it with you for proper disposal. Excessive cleaning may incur extra charges -ID & T&C Requirement: We require a copy of your photo ID and agreement to our additional terms and conditions for the protection of you, the guest, and the property. Please be informed that we do not accept provisional driving licenses. -Age Requirement: The minimum age for check-in is 20. Children of any age are only allowed to stay if they are accompanied by a responsible adult under their supervision. -Additional Cot: Cot may be organised for an additional charge of £46 per stay. Availability is limited, so please request in advance to ensure we can accommodate your needs. -Pet Policy: Small pets are welcome with prior approval and are subject to an additional fee. Pet owners must ensure pets are leashed, clean up after them, and maintain up-to-date vaccinations and flea/tick prevention etc. Lost key: £120 Pet Fee if applicable: For stays of 1 to 7 days: £25 per pet per night For stays of 8 to 14 days: £22 per pet per night For stays of 15 to 30 days and longer: £19 per pet per night For Pet Fee and Additional Cot, you can pay via bank transfer for a reduced rate of £40 (Additional Cot) and £22 (Pet Fee) respectively. Kindly contact us first to confirm the availability of the service before making any payments. Please note that payments made before receiving confirmation may not be refunded.
