My preferred location to stay in london! The staff is truly outstanding! And their prices are really reasonable. Very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They truly care and go above and beyond to make me feel at home. Particularly yousef during quarantine, he would bring my deliveries to my door. When parking outside, him just came out to tell me the best place to stop and the free times (6.30 pm - 8.00 am). The location is perfect, safe, all museums are within walking distance. Hyde park is also several minutes away. Cleaning services are also provided three times a week. Included in the price. The apartments with balconies are beautiful and have arranged well. A nice kitchen fully stacked, good sofas with tvs and large flatscreen in each room, with surround sound in living room with coffee table and small dining table for four people. Comfortable atmosphere, soft bed, hotel slippers. What more could i ask for? Perfect.

The location and staff here are very nice. Particularly mr. Mahfouz at the reception, he is a great and helpful person. He helped us with many things including transportation and directions. This place feels like home.

This place has a central location and style that is worth the price. I walked everywhere, and when i needed tuktu, it only cost 5 pounds to go to the theater, etc. There is n o mr. Coffee and he kitchen is nice. The temperature of the heating is good. Shower was good, but ive loved the bath with the toiletries that smelled great. Kitchen with dishwasher etc easy to use. Outside terrace had spotting views of downtown kensington. Very close to museums, parks, or shops. Even if there is an local market for fresh food. Its very quiet, however, public transportation such as the subway and buses is very close.

This was a fantastic experience, but we were on edge each night due to the apartments lack of additional locking options. It was acceptable for us that the king bed had only two fulls slid together. We would return.

The apartments are quite pleasant. They provide friendly service, and they respond to emails promptly even before i arrived. The kitchen is excellent, with a washer and dryer, as well as sanitizer, in the room, which is large. Excellent location with two tube stations close by, including the natural museum of history at the corner.

Very spacious, clean and quiet apartments in Kensington, 4 minutes walk from the tube and 4 mins walk to the natural history museum.

I cant wait to go back. A very nice service apartment to stay at. Friendly and helpful staff. The apartments are great value for money and have many amenities. Its a good location and i can say its ok to come back here.
