I would highly recommend this. I only stayed at this place for two nights because I was attending a wedding at Barley Abbey and it's close to that location. Everything went smoothly, from the breakfast check in to the check out. Our room in the stable block had everything we needed and a lovely private patio with french doors. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Beautiful breakfast selection. thank you, zoe and richard.

We booked 2 rooms for a family wedding at West Mill, Barley Abbey. We brought our 14 month old granddaughter. The rooms were large and supplied a cot. At breakfast a high chair was available and the full english was great. Thank you to everyone.

I stayed at the coach house for two nights while visiting family in Derby. On arrival, we were made to feel welcome. Our room was lovely with its own small patio and garden. The owners appear to have gone above and beyond in the decoration and have provided everything you need. Breakfast was excellent! Will definitely return!.

The room was lovely with an eclectic design with lovely plush accessories. The bathroom was Victorian style with a freestanding tub and superb shower. The ceilings were high and it felt very opulent. The bed was extremely comfortable which is very important to me. We had a wellstocked mini bar as well which wasnt really of importance to us but occasionally the signal dropped out probably due to a wet and stormy weather. There is a cozy lounge bar area but I am not sure when it was open. Breakfast in the morning had good choices and was perfectly cooked and arrived nice and hot and quickly. There is a lovely back garden to sit in I recommend this lovely be to couples looking for a quiet and stylish stay near all the amenities derby city and surrounding area have to offer. We will return here.

We were in the area visiting family and friends, will stay here again. A very comfortable room. Hotel in a good convenient location with enough parking at the front and rear of the property. Garden is lovely for lounging outdoors on a beautiful evening. The breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
