The accommodation was clean, parts of the floor need attention, bathroom was clean with 1 towel and loo roll. Initial communication was fine but the tv nor internet wasn’t working so any coms re these issues absolutely not response, event tried calling but no answer. I know the area very well but as this is essentially an extension to a residential property it doesn’t look like a hotel. The surrounding area is all residential and not the best part of Birmingham suburbs but it’s fine. Fridge was fine as were the cooking facilities. Previous occupants had left food in cupboards which had gone stale. All in all it’s ok if you’re not looking for premier inn or better. Owners need to help with communication in my opinion and make sure tv and internet is working to make this a little more comfortable.

Didn’t feel too safe in this area was glad for only one night! See image that I saw when arrived at property this was above the studio smashed window and rubbish bags hanging out the window

Bedding and towels wore clean and apartment needs refurbished or at least a deep clean. No heating in January was not good and no hot water in kitchen and bathroom sink plug is seized so dose not drained.

When i got there i had to phone to get the code to get in to the flat poor lighting to see lock box for code. when i finally got inside there was no toilet paper or tea towel in the kitchen et. i messaged and asked for some the next morning they said sorry and they would bring some . it never came after 2 nights.the floor is also dangerous near the fridge it has splintered so if in bear feet you will cut them i will not stay hear again

I got scam i turn up to the property rang the number i was told the property had a water leak and i can not check in i got told i would get a refund but upto this date no refund and calls go unanswered and expedia wont help even expedia cant get hold of the property owner dont book this place you might get scam and you wont get a refund

There was no central heating as promised, radiators didn’t work, tv didn’t work, shampoo and body wash where practically empty, not even enough shampoo for us to leave and floor boards where loose causing my daughter to trip over

Not so good , poor communication, room smells terrible, poor conditions of property, I had to check out earlier before my time, I booked two days but I had to spend just one day there, wasn’t nice, they need to do better
