The occupant that rents the property must be staying in the property, must check in with us, and they must be at least 25 years old. If the guests are under age, they will not be allowed to check in and they will forfeit their payment. The individual who makes the reservation must be the individual who checks in. No exceptions. Late check ins are not permitted during the spring or the Hangout Festival. The guest must show up and check in before 5PM CT. Parking permits required. Max 2 vehicleGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
