Really good place, good scenery, excellent environment, complete set of furniture and kitchenware, the courtyard can also be hung pinecone fire, three separate bedrooms, three bathrooms, firewood in the room, the whole room is warm and spring, the children play Very happy, we are also happy. This is the second time we have lived here, looking forward to snowing in the winter to build a snowman.

My stay was great, I just had a problema because there was not hot tub as they pictured and the living room area was different than was pictured as well. But the house is very good, just missed the jacuzzi after skying.

It was great, big house, cosy and minutes away from everything. It has everything you need, you just have to go to the market before and if you forgot something there is a little neighborhood market close by. And the lady in charge of the houses is very helpful and friendly. Yes I would recommend it.

Amazing stay. Great location. Blown away by the owner and how friendly and helpful she is. Cleanliness amazing. Kitchen stocked with pots, pans, silverware, spices, etc. Ice in the freezer for us! Just an amazing getaway for a great price.

We loved the cabin it was very cozy and clean, the only thing is the heater gets too hot downstairs but overall we loved our stay. I liked that there was a lock box and didn’t have to go to 2 places to check in and the host responded really fast to any question that I had she was very helpful too.

The place was very nice and comfortable. stocked with all the necessities needed including pots pans, pepper and salt. The beds was comfortable, the place was super clean. The bathtub on the top floor was rusty which made you feel kind of dirty getting in, and the picture showed a jacuzzi, but it didn't have one, which was very disappointing. over all it was a very good experience.

last minute booking after a fishing day. The cleaning fee $125 make it a deal barker for an 1 overnight. Place has a great feel to it and is very well laid out. Just a nice little cabin.

The house I stayed in this time was very clean and warm. But there are three problems that leave a bad feeling. First, when booking a house, the notice says that you need to go to another place to check in, but there is no one there. Second, the number of beds in the room is different from what the notice says. Third, when checking out, it is not clear where the rubbish should be put when it is taken out of the room. If the guests put it in the trash can at the door, they will be punished. In a word, this housing experience is not good.

enjoyed the quiet area. directions said to check in at a location on the other side of town from where we were staying. nobody was there. i called and was told to go to property and use the lock box. when we drove up to the property there were overflowing trash cans at the front gate. i called to get the code for the lock box and was told i had to pay the fee first which i thought was 125.00 as stated in the itinerary. i was charged $150.00 cleaning fee and that i also had to take our own trash with us at checkout. i was appauled especially since the place was very dirty and in disrepair. i let them know about the trash and someone came to remove it. i will never stay at any of these properties again.

The cleaning fee was reduced because we had to wait for housekeeping. Upon arrival, the bed downstairs was wet. Apparently, the comforter had been washed, but not fully dried; a rush cleaning job. 8pmWe stripped the bed and put everything in the dryer. The manager offered to refund our cleaning fee or find us a new property. We were exhausted so we decided to stay. It was very hot in the cabin but she offered to send a fan. We realized that only one bathroom had soap; annoying but we used shampoo. At 10 pm I noticed that the master bedroom had not been properly cleaned as the headboard had cobwebs and was full of dust. I was worried about COVID cleaning protocol not being followed. But we were tired and I decided that I'd clean it myself as it was too late to move cabins. Then, my daughter came to tell me that she found a water bottle cap inside her bed. It was between the fitted and flat sheets. It was obvious that the bedsheets had not been changed since the last guest had stayed. At this point, it did not feel safe to sleep in these beds and it was too late to wash sheets. I texted the manager to say that we couldn't stay. We sent pictures. No response. We drove home I called the next day. No response. Expedia said that the manager refused to refund us for that night (even though we didn't stay). I sent a message to the manager on Expedia. No response. I gave them 3 opportunities to make this right before writing a review. Beyond disappointing. Completely unethical/unsafe.

I didn’t like anything about this property is dirty and when in said dirty is you don’t want to even take a shower there, horrible experience. When we got to the property the thermostat wasn’t working we called the manager, she said she was gonna sent the maintenance guy, something that never happened, we had to change the battery of the thermostat, then the bathroom downstairs wasn’t working and making a crazy noise, the bed downstairs falling apart, upstairs there’s not heater we had to go Kmart and buy one, because you freeze upstairs and the bathroom like I said you don’t even want to shower there the whole property is dirty, dusty, spires webs everywhere and last but not least bring your own beds sheets. we were calling and the manager didn’t answer until 1:00 am wow they don’t care is you are happy they just care that you pay them, like I Said the worst experience in my life.
