Literally one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I do not recommend this location at all. There is no one on site to assist if an issue arises and when trying to contact the staff when I encountered issues I either did not receive a response at all or when I did on a few occasions it was incredibly delayed. When I arrived at the location in the evening I found that there was discarded broken furniture and a broken scooter on the lawn in the front of the building. The building was worn down and in a part of Mountain View that is not a good part of this city. I spent several hours trying to open a rusted lockbox & metal door. All of the bedroom windows were on a major road so there was heavy traffic that could be heard all evening so did not get any sleep. I was unable to get the internet/WiFi to work throughout my stay and when I contacted the management about this I never received a response to assist with this. I was in Mountain View for a business trip so not having WiFi was a huge inconvenience and I ended up having to drive to Peet’s to do work there. The decor was old and furniture was cheap and full of dents and marks. It seemed to be decorated from a thrift store. They had very cheap products available for the shampoo like Suave and the coffee available was instant Maxwell House. This place was way overpriced especially for the quality! The beds were extremely uncomfortable and they sprayed way too much febreeze probably to cover up the musty smell.
