Sam from the front desk was very helpful in all of our needs . Property was clean and well maintained.. esp for an old establishment like this one .. rooms are very adequate and everything wired flawlessly.. been here several time and will continue to choose crystal paradise as our go to for staying on the beach .

Extra toilet tissue rolls in the rooms would be helpful. We only had the one on the wall and it was already half gone. Other than that it was great!!

Parking is easy. Room is clean and the front desk staff is very accommodating. We were just staying for a night because we attended the wedding. I believe there were only 2 hotels in this island, the rest are air bnb. We picked the family room - it has 1 king bed and bunk bed which my kids enjoyed. This is a good option for us. We will definitely go back again when we decide to stay in the island again.

Parking was great! Staff were friendly from start to finish! AC wasn’t initially on but that is to be expected and worked perfectly! Only knock I had is no coffee maker, but the fridge and microwave more than made up for it!

Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, AC worked great, short drive to get to the beach, pool was a nice size, bbq pits were a plus. The only downside to our stay is that the Internet was out so we weren't able to watch TV. If you have bad knees I would ask for a room that's downstairs in advance because there are no elevators. This was an excellent hotel - this was our 1st time to visit Crystal Beach we will book a room at this hotel again.
