The owner is just delightful. Full of great info about the area. Enjoyed speaking with her. The lodge is beautifully decorated. The bed provided a great sleep. The rooms are pretty and well appointed. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend. Set in a lovely area.

This is a beautiful bed and breakfast with easy access to the airport and downtown Anchorage. The room was lovely with comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom was luxurious. And the breakfasts were absolutely delicious, served on beautiful bone china. Our hosts were friendly and offered good suggestions for our vacation. I highly recommend this lovely inn.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. We were asked to put on slippers right near the front door and there were slippers in the closet for us to use. So their guests would have dirty shoes on the 2nd floor. The breakfast was amazing!!! So delicious. Mark can really cook. There’s a hot tub on the roof of the garage that you can go in any time of the day. There’s antiques throughout the whole house. They are so lovely. There’s a sitting room too on the first floor. The grounds are nice, they have a gazebo that you can sit in. The location is close to stores and restaurants.

We stayed at the lodge on our first night in Alaska and the last two nights of our trip before heading home. It has a very quiet and welcoming environment with several places to relax outside of your guest room (i.e., upstairs and downstairs lounge area, outside patio on the second floor that overlooks the front yard with a hot tub, and an outside gazebo with a fire pit.) The breakfasts were different each morning that we dined and were delicious! We stayed in two different guest rooms, and each room offered a tea set with biscuits, so you could enjoy teatime in the comfort of your room. We absolutely loved our stay here and could not recommend it enough!! The lodge is a short drive to the airport and a very short drive to Flattop Mountain hiking trail.

Stayed 2 nights on arrival in Anchorage. Lodge was very nice; clean; easy to find; and check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast in the morning was very good and filling - didn’t need lunch. Owners were friendly and very helpful with recommendations.

This property is set in a beautiful hillside location with stunning surroundings. The grounds are spacious, and the rooms are large and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the shared jacuzzi and the thoughtfully designed common areas, which provided plenty of space to relax and unwind. The breakfast was wonderful, and the hosts went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten and other dietary allergies, which was greatly appreciated. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. A special highlight was their custom tea blend—it was absolutely delicious and a real treat for tea lovers. We had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again.
