I didn't stay here overnight. I booked and checked-in for my sisters coming in from out of town because my apt AC was no bueno for the summer night warmth for guests. I did wait in the room for their arrival into the evening though. My only complaints are the 2 long strands of brown hair I found wedged on the back corner of the desk chair and between the ottoman and couch, and one of the glass on the counter next to the coffee machine was stained from what seemed like wine or grape juice. Nothing that ruined their stay nor my opinion of safety and comfort of the hotel. Other than that the room was mostly clean and welcoming to me, and comfy when I waited for their arrival. The staffs were welcoming and friendly. The best thing is that there's a variety of restaurants to choose from within walking distance, Starbucks, a movie theater, stores for essential needs within close driving distance, and it's close to the exit and entrance of the 168! My sisters fully enjoyed their stay and I wouldn't mind booking for myself, if I was coming in from out of town.

We booked this hotel to stay while we visited Fresno State. The hotel it directly across the street from the Save Mart center and the school. The hotel is very nice, clean, with modern rooms. We booked a studio and it was perfect for 4 adults with still lots of space. The hotel is surrounded by lots of options for lunch, dinner and coffee. The hotel has a bar and lounge area for beers and cocktails. In the morning there is complimentary breakfast with hot and cold breakfast. We used the gym but didn't have time to use the pool but it was very nice and clean. Tables chairs and loungers surrounded the pool lots so room for everyone. The staff was great very welcoming and courteous, we were greeted every time we walked in or out and they were very helpful answering any question we had. Our son is starting his freshman year at Fresno State and this is the hotel we will be staying at every time we visit.

Clean room and bathroom, new hotel, well maintained thus far; close to major shopping and freeways. Very polite and helpful staff; breakfast was good.

The staff member who checked us in yesterday did not provide a good experience. She was very unfriendly, not welcoming, and her attitude came across as unprofessional. She assigned us room 202, which was quite far from the elevator, despite seeing that we were parked in a disabled parking spot and that we may have needed easier access. I also felt that her approach and manner of communication were not appropriate. I cannot say for certain why we were treated that way, but I did feel uncomfortable with the interaction. There were two staff members at the reception desk during check-in. Aside from that experience, the hotel itself was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay overall. I would especially like to recognize one of the staff members, an African American gentleman, who was very kind and helpful. He tried to assist by moving us to another room, but my wife explained that she was unable to move her legs comfortably and that we would manage the room until the next day. He was professional, patient, and made a genuine effort to help us.

This is a recently opened property and has a new hotel feel and smell. It is very nice. The lobby, breakfast and bar areas are fresh, clean and comfortable. Our room was nicely decorated, clean and quiet. The internet and TV worked well and the bathroom was nice. Our bed was comfortable. Just as important, we felt the staff at reception were personable, helpful and respectful. The hotel is next store to a new commercial development with bars and restaurants; which was convenient for finding a place close by to have dinner. Recommended.
