The Quiet Mind lodge and resort was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful! Nature literally is everywhere- so serene! Coni was the best host ever- really personable and so helpful. Lovely historic lodge- just the right touch of rustic beauty and functionality❤️ I can’t wait to come back! 🌲☀️

Our stay at the Quiet Mind Lodge was as amazing as we could have hoped for! From check-in to check-out, every staff member was welcoming, kind, and very helpful. The property is gorgeous - filled with trees and a cascading creek, as well as a homey guesthouse and plenty of outdoor space and seating to enjoy. It was easy to find a nice balance between privacy and community, and the only thing that punctured the serenity of the space were the jet fighter planes that sometimes train in the surrounding canyons - but that was exciting, not intrusive! One final bonus - they are very dog-friendly. We can’t wait to return for our next visit!!!

A hidden gem! It’s now under new management and the manager was warm, friendly and very helpful. Gorgeous drive in through mountain roads. The property is small with rooms in the main house and cabin. We stayed in the cabin and it had a clawfoot bathtub and private deck! You can walk to the nearby river and there are lots of places to sit and read, meditate, etc. The menu is all vegetarian/vegan and they served us in our room. Yummy veggie curry and “chik’n” burger! There’s also complimentary continental breakfast (toast, croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt). This was a wonderful relaxing place and I wish I’d booked more than 1 night. Lots of nearby hikes like the Trail of 100 Giants. Oh we also came in a Tesla and while they don’t have on-site charging, I can report that the drive is doable from the McFarland Supercharger (at 100%) and back.

Everything was great! If you are looking for a quiet place in the nature, Quiet Mind lodge is perfect place to stay. The staff is very friendly, room was clean, breakfast was better than we were expecting, we had a good size yogurt with oatmeal and blueberries, some bread coffe, juice, what else an i say.

Das Hotel ist einfach eingerichtet bietet aber alles was man braucht. Es ist sehr abgelegen. Mit einer offline- Karte findet man es aber problemlos. Wie waren für eine Nacht dort und haben die ruhe genossen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 7-year anniversary and my 27th birthday, and it was such a beautiful experience! The location is absolutely stunning — peaceful, serene, and right next to the river, which made it feel like a true escape into nature. If you love the outdoors and tranquility, this is the place for you. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the entire atmosphere of the lodge was calm and rejuvenating. Just a couple things to note: they advertise having TVs, but there wasn’t one in our room. The internet connection was also spotty, and the breakfast options were pretty limited — yogurt, oatmeal, breads, and fruit. Still, those were minor things compared to how relaxing and peaceful our stay was. Would definitely come back again for a quiet getaway!
