The online photos don’t do this place justice. Our unit was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The location is great—close to restaurants, bars, and main attractions, but far enough away to avoid the noise. It was a perfect setup for a relaxing family trip, especially for a larger group like ours. There were a few minor issues: we didn’t have enough towels and washcloths for our group, the refrigerator ice maker wasn’t working, and there’s no on-site luggage storage, which can be inconvenient if you arrive early or leave later. That said, the option for early check-in and late check-out (for a fee) was very helpful, especially since we were traveling by train. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider booking here again.

This place by far was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I like to have a small kitchenette wherever I go just cause I like to make drinks and it tops it. It is a basically a small apartment. It’s beautiful, comfortable, clean, and quiet if you’re looking to stay at a Place that’s better than a hotel than this is the place. It’s also in a safe area. Parking was easy if I ever go back I will definitely stay here again. It reached my expectations and then some not to mention the price was almost as much as stayingat a hotel or less and you get way better of a place.

Very spacious and clean apartment, and clean building. The apartment was well equipped with everythng we needed. It was just a short walk to the St. Charles trolley line making it easy to get down to the French Quarter or uptown to the Garden District. And it was a perfect location for us since we needed to get to the nearby Amtrak station in the morning. When we arrived my 9 year old grandson noticed that some of the slats on the window blinds were bent. He was so worrried that we would be blamed for it that he had me take pictures to show that it was that way before we arrived. :-) I included the photos here--they really were not that bad. We were here only overnight, but it would have been great to spend a few days in this well appointed, comfortable space.

The property was perfect for our party of five people. The bedrooms were large. The common areas were spacious. The Saint Charles Street car line stop was about a block away so that was convenient. This accommodation is close to a Rouses market to get groceries. There are a couple of coffee shops nearby, but you’ll have to go a little further away to get more restaurants. The beds are very comfortable. The closets are great as well, with a light in them. Look for the light switch inside the closet. If you are sensitive to light, know that light from nearby businesses can come in at night through the mini blinds. We were impressed by the fact that the faucets were Grohe and the dishwasher was Bosch. Nice equipment. The freezer in the refrigerator was not working, but the staff was able to provide bagged ice for us.
