The host was unwilling to answer my calls, or return text. I didn't even get to stay in this property and still had to pay for. The reciept for purchase did not have room number or the operators name, both of which were needed to check in. The front desk offered no help. Their system was down and said it was the property owners responsiblity. Expedia's chat service was even worse, it just ran around in circle questions and never offered a real person to speak with. Everything about this experience was frustrating at best. The worst customer service from all parties involved. I highly recommend you do not rent this property.

DO NOT rent from Splash Resorts by TO. The property owner called and canceled our reservation on the day we were supposed to check in due to damage by previous occupants and no other rooms available. Condo was already paid and was just booked the same day. We have been trying to reach property manager to get a refund but we are not able to reach property manager, they answered the first couple of times we called to inquire about refund and told us refund had already been initiated to wait 2 weeks. Since then property owner will not answer calls or messages. I have reached out to Expedia. They say they have to reach out to the property owner to confirm but since they are not able to reach property owner that refund can not be given.
