An absolutely charming property with an artsy vibe, steps away from the Denver Art Museum complex and across the street from a converted school featuring a cafe, beer garden and small shops. The room was comfy, clean and fun. The absolute abundance of dishes for such a small space was comical, but the microwave/fridge set up was nice to have. Pretty good pod coffee too. Don't miss out on the bottom floor with an atmospheric small table area great for eating take out, and a large conference room area to stretch out on a sofa and read. The best feature may be the free lockers in the basement for when you check out but your flight leaves at 9pm. We secured our luggage and did some more exploring, then came back and grabbed our things for the airport. Be aware that you are on the very edge of a gentrifying neighborhood, so choose your walking paths intelligently.

The Acoma House is a unique, quality boutique hotel. I stayed in the Mo Gram Art Suie on the 2nd floor - there are only 3 floors, but no elevator, so just FYI. My room was spacious with a beautifully equipped full kitchen with every thing needed for cooking, eating and drinking. Large, walk in shower in the bath. Thick towels and generous number. Wonderful HOT water for both the kitchen and bath. Beautiful brick walls and wonderful wall murals throughout with two large windows that opened! AC was also provided. Wonderful and generous replenishing of coffee pods and bottled water. Great eating establishments - several are just across the street, but many within walking distance in an artsy neighborhood! In short, a lovely experience - I was there for 4 nights - and I would definitely stay again.

This little hotel was phenomenal. Would absolutely stay here again. Everything about it was artful and charming and fun. The retro fridge was my favorite thing ever. It was super clean, super convenient to get where we needed. 10/10 Of note, I probably wouldn’t stay here with kids just because of the very limited space.

This place was perfect for my friend and I to stay for a concert. It's clean, beautiful, creatively designed, you immediately feel welcome. Great communication before, during and after your stay. When they say to contact them if you need something, they mean it. Extras are very accessible, kitchenette was perfect with a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and real mugs and other dishes. Great use of space in the room too!! Parking next to it, $22 is super cheap for downtown. Will definitely look for availability next time I need a place to stay đź’ś

Even though the price was a bit higher than I was looking for (just one night), I went ahead with booking since it looked cool and the artistic side of things--super inviting. My Mom was an artist and she would have LOVED staying here! So, for me, I travel a lot and can honestly say 5 stars across the board. For a boutique hotel style, they actually have decent amenities in the room. Bed was comfy, tv worked nicely, clean, etc. Again, the artistic flair with the murals and decor...loved it. Easy to find, easy to access with code and yes, a few extra dollars for parking, but the lot is right next door and my car was safe. Walkable area and not far from other attractions within city.

Guys…this is the best little “stay” secret in denver. We loved it. So unique and so…quirky posh. Can’t believe we’ve not heard of it prior to this past weekend.

Our rooms and the entire hotel was very clean and thoughtfully supplied for our stay. We were in communication with Christine, and she was able to amend our reservations and did so very courteously. Quiet, fun, no contact, exceptional location, and we would love to stay here again in the future!

I found the Acoma House quite charming, clean and loved the artwork. There was not really a kitchen but a fridge, microwave and hotplate, which I did not use. My only complaint was the coffee maker, which took pods and didn’t give a full cup. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area

Very cool property. Very clean. Our room was on the smaller side, but we knew that going in so was not an issue. Great communication. We will be back

I already rated on Google but here is my review: What a great little spot! It's downtown, and next to a bunch of museums and stuff to do. We were easily able to get an Uber to a show we saw at Meow Wolf and then caught a bicycle taxi on the way back! It’s also right next to a historic building with beautiful architecture and history. Within that building, is the Schoolyard Beer Garden and cafe - great food, drinks and coffee! The room was comfortable and fairly quiet. As an added bonus, it was gorgeous with the artwork and decor! We had everything we needed in the room and more! On top of it, service was great – they communicated very swiftly when we ran into a snag with parking – NOTE: The website mentions discounted parking for the lot right next to the hotel, but that has been shutdown for reconstruction. We were still able to find parking in the lot across the street, but we did not get a discount (just in case this matters to you)…but they made up for it by allowing a noon checkout and just being a great place overall! I’d definitely stay there again.

Not a lot of options within walking distance. But the restaurant inside is very good
