Being a condo building, each unit and the whole experience will be distinct. Our onebedroom apartment was incredible, and our check-in process was simple and swift thanks to our kind hosts. Please keep in mind that the fob fee has increased to $30, and that it should genuinely be a payment rather than a fee, but go ahead. This evaluation focuses on the grounds and the structure. It was wonderful that the pools were heated in January to a really cool temperature. The lounge chairs on the pool deck were also lovely. Even though the beach is narrower than most, it is still clean and breathtaking. 711 and palmar are valuable, as previously stated, but there aren't many nearby restaurants. We did stroll for a few minutes at the diplomat's hotel bar, which were both wonderful, albeit pricey, given how far south Florida is. The modest cafe on the lower level of 3801 offered a fantastic selection of hot beverages, wine, beer, a few groceries, and a great selection of hot foods. I would return. While the structure did list a number of rules, I did not hear or see anyone enforce any of them, as other reviews had mentioned.

Was very happy with Property. Check in felt a little confusing but staff did good at explaining. I wish there would have been a hot tub! Condo was very nice, only issue was no mirror in main bathroom was annoying. Also registration wasn’t open at good hours when traveling so we were out or $20 parking refund because we left early in the morning and the office wasn’t open :( Overall a very good experience and we had a great trip!!

I can honestly say that our little vacation was ok. The place was clean. The gentleman in charge of my stay was very respectful and informative. The apartment was clean and ready when we arrived. However they are things that can be improved. For example, the instructions should be simpler and at the moment of the reservation not later. The pool needs attention daily. The water was cloudy and not draining constantly thru the gutter.

The Tides is in a great location. Communication was great when we arrived and when we left. Both Queen beds were uncomfortable due to mattress. The condo has all amenities needed (towels, plates, appliances...) Our building at 3801 had a pool that was ice cold as the heater was broken. You can use the one next door but not convenient. The parking lot was often full especially at night when you return from an outing.

Condo dated, bathtub very old, little bugs on bathroom floor, some mold issues, only two hand towels, no face clothes, noisy air conditioner, frying pan wore out, had to buy one. Checking in after hours was a night mare; if wasn’t for parking attendant, not sure what we would have done. However great location and staff working there friendly.

Condo could use some small updates to room features, such as hooks and tables for guests to store their belongings more easily. Staff that spoke little to no english, very poor communication from rental management ahead of check-in, leaving guests confused. Guests felt that a binder with information about the condo, what to expect from staff, what's included, what extras are available, and what the area around the condo offers, would be very helpful. Guests remarked that the condo was very clean, and enjoyed having easy access to the beach.

The night customer services at the location was terrible they don’t greet you, they don’t explain the services and the property procedures. Very rude and unwelcoming, you literally had to pull teeth with them to get information. When retrieving the access code to the condo because the code send wasn’t working, the condo management personnel treated us like we were stupid and we didn’t know how to punch in # keys. Like if it was our fault the code didn’t work, they way the spoke to me was if I was little child. Given I was already tired and frustrated from before and been treated like that over the phone at midnight just left me with sour taste from that point forward. Overall the experience was ugh.

We were very disappointed with this condo. It is old and in need of upgrades. Things were broken such as the door of the microwave being cracked, no stopper in the bathtub drain & the door handle on the outside of the sliding glass door was cracked off among other things. The check in process was very confusing and we ended up waiting for over an hour. We only had 3 bath towels, no handtowels or wash cloths. We asked for more towels and after 4 days they brought more bath towels and 2 hand towels (still no washcloths). The kitchen was poorly equiped, the mismatched pans looked like they were old and from a garage sale. We could not get the TV's to work properly and even though we asked for help, no one came to get them to work. There was no soap, no toilet paper, no garbage bags. On the positive side, the pool was very nice and the beach was beautiful. But the location was not that great due to there being no restaurants within walking distance.
