Mau laundry harus konfirmasi dulu dan gak diinfoin dari awal, pas saya nanya soal laundry malah seakan2 nyalahin saya yang gak konfirmasi padahal dari pihak hotelnya yang gak bilang apa2 pas check in, gak ada minta maaf lagi atas miss komunikasinya hadeh padahal kamarnya bagus, syg banget hospitality karyawannya kurang

Second visit and again totally worth it. Hotel is spacious & clean. Staff is (obviously) friendly. Breakfast is pretty good too. The highlight is definitely the lobby looking out over the ocean with Siau visible in the distance. Perfect place to just stare and be happy.
