Hanoi Apartments

+ You will find in the apartment all necessary utilities and daily life goods such as kitchen equipment, cooking tools, toilet paper, towels ,etc.. We recommend that you should bring your own personal toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo...

+ We're also glad to provide laundry service for guest with only 50.000vnd extra/ kilogram. If you're staying for one week or longer, you can use the washing machine for free.

+ Transfer service from the airport to An Nguyen Building and return is also available . Our driver will wait for you at your arrival gate, holding your name. If you want to book the service just let us know :D

+ We have motorbike for rent : 200.000 vnd - perfect to explore Hanoi ;)

+ Some previous guests once complained that the apartment doesn't have a lake view as in the photo. You can just enjoy the lake view from the top floors of the building (9,10,11th floor). Please don't misunderstand that the apartment has lake view (I've also noted this below each photos.)

+The doorman is available 24/24 so please dont worry for any late/early check in/out

+ Dont mind borrowing the hair-dryer from the doorman at the lobby :)

+ Because of my job I might not be able to answer the phone, but me and my team are available online 24/24 so texting would be great ( we will reply you within minutes :D )
