Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Please stay within the number of guests registered at the time of booking.
Overnight visitors are not allowed without prior notice and approval.
3️⃣ Property & Equipment Care
Please handle all furniture and equipment with care.
Any damage or loss must be compensated based on actual value.
Do not move or rearrange furniture without permission.
4️⃣ Cleanliness & Energy Saving
Please maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
Do not dispose of trash or foreign objects in the toilet or from the balcony.
Kindly turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
5️⃣ Smoking & Fire Safety
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Do not use flammable items such as candles or incense.
Cooking is allowed only in the designated kitchen area.
6️⃣ Noise Policy
Please keep noise levels low after 10:00 PM to respect other residents.
Parties or large gatherings are not allowed.
7️⃣ Pets
Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed upon.
8️⃣ Security
Please lock the door whenever leaving the apartment.
The host is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
9️⃣ Building Regulations
Guests must comply with the building management regulations.
Identification documents may be required for temporary residence registration.
