We hope the notes below help ensure your stay at SAM Villa is comfortable, smooth, and enjoyable.
Number of Guests
Maximum capacity is 12 adults and 4 children under 12 years old.
Please declare the exact number of guests (including children) at the time of booking so we can prepare the villa accordingly.
For safety, comfort, and insurance reasons, additional unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval. If your group size changes before arrival, please inform us in advance so we can discuss suitable arrangements together.
Quiet Hours & Neighborhood
Sam Villa is located in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask guests to keep noise at a respectful level, especially after 10:00 PM. Parties or events exceeding the registered number of guests are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance.
Pets Policy
At this time, Sam Villa is not suitable for hosting pets.
To maintain cleanliness, protect furniture, and ensure comfort for all guests — especially families with young children — we are unable to accommodate dogs, cats, or other animals inside the villa.
Check-in Requirements
In accordance with local regulations, all guests are required to present a valid passport or government-issued ID at check-in.
Property Care
We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in keeping the villa clean and well maintained during your stay. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning beyond normal use may incur additional charges.
