The hotel was stunning. We unfortunately came in foggy weather so did not get to enjoy the views but the bungalow was so cosy and comfortable. It has good working air con/heating and an electric blanket in the bed as it was cold when we were there. It's so clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, the little wooden tub was so cute and made for a lovely hot bath. It was clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They accomodated early check in as soon as a room was available and offered shower facilities in the meantime and allowed us to enjoy breakfast as we had arrived very early following the sleeper train. Amazing stay, 100% come here if you're staying in Sapa. It's very central to the shops, restaurants and Sapa station. You can walk to Moana from here too, about 15 minutes downhill.

This is the best hotel ive ever stayed at. The room is very beautiful! We came during the cold season, the bed was equipped with a heat pad, and the bathroom was also heated. And when we checked out, they gave us halal lunch boxes! Really amazing hospitality!.

I adore it so much. The service was excellent and the best, especially from the receptionist, mr. Lanh. I love to eat the scrambled egg and omelet for breakfast. Stayed in bungalow room 306 for two nights. Since i easily get hungry during this trip, the egg sandwich was quite tasty and helped us a lot.

We had a great time at the pinehill. From the moment we arrived (4.30 am) until our departure, tLang and vinh and the rest of the staff were nothing but accommodating. They were well informed about what to do during our time in sa pa and were able to schedule our activities promptly. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at pine hill in sapa! The hotel is quiet and conveniently located. Its also beautifully designed. The staff is friendly and helpful. Every employee went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. When we arrived at 07.00, our room wasnt ready, which makes perfect sense at that time of day, we were invited for breakfast. We were allowed to leave our luggage there and even take oasis after the trekking tour before returning on the day of checkout. As if as remembrance present for the return journey, they even gave us iced tea as farewell present. Highly recommended!.

We had a great time during our stay. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. We arrived early by bus (5 oclock). The employees allowed us to remain in the lobby until 6.30 p. M. And then let us eat breakfast even though we had only reserved one night and hadnt even checked in. This was so lovely and very necessary because arriving at the bus terminal was shaky. When we checkedin, the staff informed us that they had upgraded us from reschedule to rooster 2 stories. It was fantastic. Very tidy, tastefully decorated, and cozy! After our afternoon hike, we decided not to leave the room. On the next day, after sleeping in and eating breakfast (a large buffet with everything you could want), we left shortly before 12 i.M. (we loved it that you can check out so late). For our late bus, which was delayed, guests were allowed to stay in reception and arrange cab for us. Amazingly, there was water and he even organized dalfred and gave us water for the trip. I would return to this wonderful oasis because it was an amazing stay!.

We had a great time during our stay here. The location was fantastic! It was ideal for hanging out with friends while taking in the scenery. There was also savoring the views from the balcony area in front of the bedroom. Sapa square is about ten minutes walk away from this place, which is centrally located. Lan Ying, lanh, deserves kudos for her helpfulness and friendliness, she gave us countless excellent local recommendations, helped us plan upcoming trips, and arranged redrive to lao cai station, among other things. She even went above and beyond to prepare some packed sandwiches for us, we are grateful for the kind gesture. I heartily advise staying here!.

This place is truly exceptional, boasting exquisite rooms and a hillside location that is conveniently close to city square yet still tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city center. It stands out as one of the best accommodations we have encountered during our travels.

Two wonderful nights in the twobedroom villa. After the overnight sleeper train, we arrived early and were greeted with open arms for breakfast. The entire staff was courteous and kind to us. On top of a hill overlooking sapa center, the location is on top off sand. Sadly, during our brief visit, weather was mostly cloudy.

I adore this location! Its incredibly handy because it is close to several important locations, including sun plaza, fansipans train station, and numerous eateries. The staff is remarkably welcoming and helpful, offering valuable recommendations for local exploration and offering tours to markets and trekking opportunities. They even set up a van to transport us to the train stop for our sleeper train back to hanoi. Pretty much anything can be organized by them! I was especially grateful when they prepared sandwiches and gave us water bottles for the journey to get to that train terminal, it was utter lifesaver. Access to hotel is available on two routes one involves walking up an steep slope while the other involves ascending stairway between the shops, which is approximately 300 meters before the slope. You will pass by the anisa cafe as you enter the hotel through an elevator.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and hope to return in the future. Our family of six recently stayed at the hotel and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. One of the standout features of our visit was the early checkin they graciously accommodated after our long and tiring overnight train ride from hanoi. This gesture truly made a difference, allowing us to rest and refresh before starting our exploration of town. The hotel itself was fantastic, with spacious and comfortable accommodations that perfectly suited our family. They provided everything we needed for sanitizing stay and were clean and wellappointed. A delightful surprise was one of them was cute little kitties in front of level 1s lobby. Their kindness added tidiness to the atmosphere and always made our faces smile. When we checked out, we were once again impressed by the employees thoughtfulness, which gave us free, wellpacked sandwiches for our journey ahead. It was demonstrates their commitment to making sure their guests had enlightening and enjoyable stay when we left. In general, our time at hotels exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel boasts excellent service, delicious food, and a stunning view. Its conveniently close to the town yet peaceful. Ricky elevated us from standard to deluxe. Lahn Ying provides exceptional service - she even surprised us with packed sandwiches to take with us on our journey back to hanoi. The staff members are diverse, efficient, friendly, providing excellent hospitality. Kudos to them and extend our gratitude for their hospitality!.

The location was excellent, the rooms were immaculate and lovely, and the breakfast was delectable. I was particularly impressed by the staffs friendliness. They were always cheerful and helpful with anything i needed. If ive ever returned to sapa someday, ill most certainly stay at this hotel again. This is the finest hotel eve stayed at in sapan. The female staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Many thanks for that.

I highly recommend this hotel. This is one of the best hotels ive ever been to. The staff is very accommodating and kind. They offer the most comfortable rooms and service at a cheap price overlooking the beautiful city of sapa.

We arrived in sapa by bus and walked about 15 minutes to the hotel. It was easy to find and for our first night in Sapa, we wanted something in the city. The staff were very friendly and nice, so we got our room (the villa) and the view was stunning, such as the room. Clean, everything was well thought out, they even preheated the rooms knowing it could get cold the night before. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. We had an easy checkout and continued our trip through beautiful sapan. Everything was fine! We wish we could have stayed tas longer.
