We booked 3 family rooms for 3 families and barely an hr away frm touch down, we were informed at short notice that we were being transferred to D1 Mension - Zenity instead due to the rooms leaking warer into neighbouring units as claimed by the email. We realised the location of the replacement apartment was inconvenient, lota of time wad wasted for the inconvenience of last min relocation, plus extra incurred costs and all the logistic nightmare of re-arranging charters and tours. We totally lost the previously desired convenience and proximity to the Ben Thanh market! Worse still, there was nobody at the reception to attend to us at all when we finally found the place. We had to wait with all our luggages at the small reception area outside the elevators. As a grp of 11 luggages crowding the small area, the security guard was eager to chase us away!! We certainly felt so frustrated and unwelomed. During the 3 nights' stay, nobody came to clean up the room for us, or gave us a freash supply of towels or refill the water bottles or replenish the tea/coffees bags at all. We have no avenue to ask for help as nobody seems to be stationed at the recep area most of the time. Other than the above inconveniences, we have also incurred extra transportation costs and wasted time. I hope our experience will serve as a good reference for others considering this hotel for accommodation in HCM.

저번에도 얘기했듯이 예약한 룸상태와 현지 매니저가 보여준 룸상태가 형편없어서 깜짝 놀랐음 우리는 큰방을 예약했는데 방 갯수만 맞춘 작은 방으로 안내 방 없으니 배째라는식 열받아서 몇개방을 취소하고 환불해달라고 했는데 아직까지 소식도 없음 다시는 이용 안할 생각임

수없이 많은 방을 예약하고 다녀왔는데도 이번 경우는 최악임. 예약한 룸이 화장실 두개 방이 두개였는데 보여주는 방은 화장실 1개 방만 2개 ㅜㅜ 40평 넓은 방 예약했는데 보여주는 방은 20평대 방 갯수만 동일하고 좁음.너무 열이 받아서 몇개는 캔슬하고 좁게 껴서 잤는데 아직까지 환불도 이루어지고 있지 않음. 예약사이트에서 수수료 손해보더라도 취소할려고 했는데 자기네들이 취소한다고 냅두라고 해놓고 캔슬이 이루어지지 않음. 체크인 당일 숙박키랑 전부 반납했는데도 아직까지 환불이 이루어지지 않음. 환불 안될시 소송걸 예정. 오버부킹으로 방 돌려 막을 생각만 하는듯. 다시는 이쪽 사이트로 예약안할 생각임.

Rixx apartment, Ben tanh apartments- all the same, they go under different names and give u what ever is available at the time. Check address before booking. Very disappointed. We paid for a 3 bedroom apartment that sleeps 8. It was meant to have 3 king beds and one futon. Instead we were given 1 x 1 bedroom apartment & 1 x 2 bedroom apartment. Kids had no futon to sleep on,had to use this foam off the chairs. The apartments were dirty and old. With old wooden furniture. This was not luxury at all. Pictures totally different. We had 5 adults and 2 kids with only 5 towels to use, asked for another 3 towels and was charged extra dong. No fresh towels were given. Was told we had to pay to change the TV to English. Asked for late check out, doesn’t even reply to my messages. Very poor communication. Pool is very outdated, nothing like the pictures. DO NOT STAY HERE! HE DOES NOT DO HIS JOB CORRECTLY. LIERS !!! ROBBERS!!! NO REFUND GIVEN OR APOLOGY!!! We will not stay here again, nor recommend anyone!
