The fully equipped indoor kitchen and lounge area with a/c is the perfect place to relax on hot days/nights or prepare some delicious food. On request, our staff can provide you with breakfast and a private chef can be arranged to prepare amazing lunch and dinner. Please consult with our butler on-side 1 day in advance. The outdoor dining area overlooks the impressive infinity pool and nature around. The perfect spot to indulge in the moment.

The outdoor area includes a plunge pool on the upper level and a large infinity pool with sun loungers and umbrellas for some cooling shade. A second lounge area is located just next to the pool and offers stunning views over the fields and jungle.


The bedrooms are situated around the pool and offer twin/double bed settings, please let us know your preference. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with some being semi open for extra light and tropical feeling. Equipped with TV, a/c, safety box and designed to bring you comfort - the rooms are the perfect place for some privacy if needed! Black out curtains ensure the possibility to have a long sleep in if you like.

ROAD ACCESS CONDITION 
As this villa is a brand new villa and located on a remote location with jungle view, but the road access is quite bad (not smooth and perfect). The road is narrow, a bit tricky, still on progress, and narrow for some larger cars. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night. 

If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. We recommend you to contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa. 

VILLA WITH VALLEY VIEW 
As nature is integral to the villa, during the night, you may hear peaceful noises which come from the insects that inhabit the valley. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud. 

Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.

The villa also is equipped with a gym that is just by the swimming pool! A great addition to the already magnificent 5 bedroom villa! Our staff is coming daily to clean the villa. Please talk to our manager in order to request special times if needed. He can also help arrange breakfast made by the staff or a private chef which can prepare lunch/dinner in the villa for you. Please let him know about any wishes at least one day in advance. The entire villa is yours during your stay, no space is sharing with others.
Please note as we don't own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can't do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life!

Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope.

Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.

ROAD ACCESS CONDITION
Considering our villas offer the best view in the infinity pool, this villa is located in a remote location with rice field view and the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, a bit tricky, still on progress and narrow for some larger cars. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.
If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. We recommend you to contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa.

VILLA WITH VALLEY VIEW
As nature is integral to the villa, during the night, you may hear peaceful noises which come from the insects that inhabit the valley. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud.

**Please note that currently, a heavy construction project is underway next to the villa. There is a possibility that the noise from construction equipment will be heard up to the villa. We apologize for the inconvenience that may occur during your stay.**
