Just outside on the first floor you will find the heart of this property: a spacious outdoor lounge area to relax during the day or mingle at night with some drinks. Our staff is coming daily to clean the villa. Please talk to our manager in order to request special times if needed. Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.
Kindly note that jungle and lands surrounding the property are not our property. This means locals can pass by or freely use their lands any way they want. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope or for the presence of other human beings in the surroundings.

Please note that there is currently some construction taking place on a plot nearby Villa Yuka. As such, there may be some noise from the construction site at certain parts of the day. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Guest access
As this villa is a brand new villa and located on a remote location with jungle view, but the road access is quite bad (not smooth and perfect). The road is narrow, a bit tricky, still on progress, and narrow for some larger cars. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.
If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. We recommend you to contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa.
VILLA WITH VALLEY VIEW
As nature is integral to the villa, during the night, you may hear peaceful noises which come from the insects that inhabit the valley. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud.
Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.

**Please note that currently, a construction project is underway next to the villa. There is a possibility that the noise from construction equipment will be heard up to the villa. We apologize for the inconvenience that may occur during your stay.**
