Building Information

Arunika Villa is part of a four-story building, with each floor serving a different purpose:

• 1st & 2nd Floors: Boarding house (private residence)

• 3rd Floor: Arunika Villa

• 4th Floor: Private residential unit

Each area has its own separate entrance and exit to ensure privacy for all guests and residents. The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for Arunika Villa guests.

• 2 Extra Beds are provided
• All bedrooms are non-air-conditioned, but cooling fans are available in every room.

Although Arunika Villa is part of a shared building with other facilities outside the villa area, the villa has its own private entrance, and the entire villa area is exclusively reserved for guests, ensuring a private and comfortable stay.
