The staff here are truly amazing and the view is stunning. I would stay at this hotel again. It’s important to not it may be a bit far from where you can catch a boat to Corfu and the city center

We were incredibly happy with the hotel, the staff, and the service. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were staying with family. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a stunning beach, a lovely pool, and everything was exceptionally clean. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back.

A gorgeous hotel, would highly recommend. Very modern, everything felt great quality. Infinity pool was lovely tho you have to crouch down to avoid pics of the car park behind it! Nice breakfast tho they need to add a toasting machine for us Brits. The staff are really nice about making it for you in the kitchen if you ask but seems a daft way of doing it? Bedroom & bathroom were just big enough but smart, a great balcony & pool & seaview. Only downside is that its a 50min walk to the busy port area in the evening tho there are plenty of restaurants & bars around the hotel. On a plus its easier to get to Ksamil from this end of Sarande. Nb. theres a very steep short stepped walk upto the road as the hotel is at sea level. It isn't lit at night so you need to use the torch on your phone? Apparently the land doesn't belong to the hotel so they can't change it. The young lady on Reception was lovely & always v helpful. She seemed to be working 24/7 the whole 4 nights we were there! A lovely hotel & perfect for our 4nt stay, highly recommend

Amazing location and stunning setting. Staff lovely. Definitely will return. There is a very steep walk up to the main shopping area so just be aware if mobility is restricted. For us it was all fabulous.

Abbiamo soggiornato all'El Primero di Saranda e, per quanto riguarda la struttura, siamo rimasti entusiasti: è tutto fantastico, curato e pulito. Purtroppo, l'unica nota dolente è stata l'accoglienza. Il personale alla reception è sembrato fin da subito infastidito e per niente caloroso. Un vero peccato, perché la prima impressione è fondamentale e una struttura così bella meriterebbe un servizio di benvenuto decisamente più ospitale. Tutto il resto è stato perfetto, ma l'approccio del desk va rivisto.

La struttura è nuovissima, con tutti i confort e servizi di un 4 stelle. Parcheggio esterno ed interno gratuiti, ma non molti posti auto (circa 10 esterni e 8 interni). Ottimo gusto nell'arredamento delle zone comuni e camere, zona piscina rilassante e pulita. A 50 metri c'è anche la spiaggia con ombrelloni, lettini, bar ed alla reception ti vengono consegnati anche i teli puliti ogni giorno. L'albergo è situato a circa 4 km dal centro di Saranda e, vista la confusione serale della cittadina, meglio così. Bellissimo addormentarsi solo con il rumore delle onde del mare. Colazione ricchissima, ma il cappuccino si paga a parte. La posizione è strategica per la parte sud dell'Albania, con bellissime spiagge a pochi minuti di auto. Complimenti a tutto il personale per l'accoglienza e la professionalità nel lavoro.

Beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view. My room was upgraded by the staff as I was there on a birthday trip. They gave me a room with a direct sea view which included a pool view too and the private beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I just wish the breakfast had a bit more variety to choose from, it’s quite basic compared to usual hotel breakfasts’ but overall it was spectacular and second to none! I loved every single moment and I will 10000% be back InShaaAllah 😍🙌

Nice quiet property with beach very close with ample sun beds and beach bar. Breakfast was good - no other food served at the hotel so a quick walk up the very steep path to pizzerias and restaurants was called for in the evenings. Great view out to sea from our balcony to watch the sunsets

Hôtel magnifique vue sur piscine et mer en prolongement. Très propre. Personnel super sympa. Chambre spacieuse et moderne avec une très belle déco minimaliste. Encore mieux que sur les photos. Plage privée super sympa, eau transparente et calme. Points négatifs: Ils ne font pas à manger du tout, même des petits "snacks" pour la piscine ou la plage, dommage. Et également un peu bruyant autour la nuit.

It was exceptionally clean and sanitized. The breakfast was always fresh, plentiful options including eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, fruit, yogurt, and beverages. The lobby was spacious, flooded with natural light, with an open view to an infinity pool and the ocean. The beach was on the property and included free sunbeds, lounge chairs and umbrellas for hotel guests free of charge. Several great restaurants within walking distance. The staff was kind, attentive, and had recommendations for every question asked. Great focus on customer service and cleanliness. We wouldost definitely stay there again!!

Hotellet en ganske nytt og ligger fint til ved en strand. Utsikten til havet og Korfu er nydelig. Fine rom, god dusj og meget rent (det vaskes ofte). Bassengområdet er vakkert og behagelig. Frokosten er god, men i korteste laget (fra 08 til 10). Det er av en eller annen grunn ikke mulig å kjøpe is eller små lunsjretter, noe som jeg synes var rart og irriterende. Hotellet anbefaler en restaurant som heter «Harmony». (Det er et hyggelig sted, men maten er ikke veldig god). Strandbaren rett ved hotellet jager bort gjestene ved å spille for høy musikk, og prisene er ganske stive (nesten som i Norge). Synd, for den kunne vært et naturlig sted å frekventere. Hotellet ligger ca 45 min gange fra sentrum, men det er mange utesteder i en fem-minutters radius.

This is a really nice hotel. Clean rooms, beautiful view, lovely good sized pool. Good breakfast included too. It’s just nicely away from the main saranda drag, so you would benefit from having a car to make life easier. No food served except breakfast, but there are plenty of places close by that do a nice meal. My only warning. Don’t eat in your room!! We had a packet of crisps and there were ants within an hour. They left once we cleaned it all off though. This seems typical to the area. We had a lovely time and would definitely visit again.

Ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage. Alles war sauber und komfortabel – genau richtig zum Entspannen. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, frisch und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen!
