The owners here are so amazing. The location here is very beautiful and it's fun to leave the typical house built with natural materials. Also it's great to see the way the owners build the house while being in nature.4.6/512 Oct 2023

The owners are the best, it's great to find people who are eager to share their house with strangers and are extremely skilled at it. Also, they have a fantastic setup in an area with extremely few lodging options, so if youre in their part of the world, you'll be very lucky if you stay with them. Breakfast was delicious and prepared with care, the rooms were immaculate and thoughtfully designed. The point another reviewer made about the heat might be relevant during the day why anyone goes to this area of the world to stay in a room is beyond me, but at night, it cools down even during the summer, and provides a nice peaceful sleep. Wonderful dogs.4.6/516 Sep 2023

I had high hopes after 15 positive reviews and 70 USD per night which is very high in Argentina. First and foremost, all the images on this site are of the owners house where you spend 30 minutes each day for breakfast. This is not the lodging, but the owners are friendly and helpful, and they serve a simple but tasty breakfast in their home. If only the lodgings were of the same standard as theirs! The rooms are spacious and well-built, with attractive tiles in the bathroom and cozy beds, but no cooling. Not even a fan. Heat builds to uncomfortably high levels. The small window faces a dusty road, and the double door has no insect screens. The only seats are a single old dining chair. There is no place to relax and read, no refrigerator. There is no place to make tea or coffee. There is not even a glass in the bathroom. The room faces the gravel under the porch area and beyond that a dirt path. The region is chaotic. Disjointed and messy. Pieces of wood and stones scattered randomly about. Nothing relaxing about the location. Maybe?.4.6/58 Sep 2023

In July 2018, my friend and I spent a week here. Our expectations were exceeded. There is a fairytale land in this place. These buildings and projects have been completed and worked on. The structures are stunning and inspiring for how we might build houses. Every night, my friend and I walked up to the mirror to observe the sun set over the Andes. This is another wonderful aspect of the farm that I grew up on in the city. We walked around and checked out all the animals. While we were there, the farm got two peacocks and we saw firsthand the birth of a llama. As well as riding a horseback with a fantastic view of both mountain ranges. I enjoyed eating breakfast with Antonio, Lila, and their kids. They were incredibly friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel like familiar and at home. genuinely simple people to be around. They assisted us several times to find a place to eat and drink around the area. All of this added up to make this a truly authentic and memorable experience. I plan to return to and tell friends and family about this area.4.4/528 Apr 2022

There, I spent three weeks helping with animals and the garden, and relaxing with my family. The people are so hospitable, bilingual Spanishenglish, generous, and open to the world. Theyll show you all the beauty that this area has to offer. Comfortable, spotless rooms, tasty breakfast of homemade bread and jam, medialunas, and dulce de leche. Lamas and horses, the fantastic view of the snowy mountains, and this charming, quiet, and natural setting are all wonderful to enjoy. Youll also get a chance to get a taste of sustainable building, and what they do to improve it. Their home, which youll be allowed to visit and where youll eat breakfast, looks like a fairy tale. Be prepared to get inspired for your house. En mot, alley, oh my joy!.Popular Facilities
