At Reception, Manager was very courteous, and loaned me a cable for battery jump start kit. The room was very well designed, bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the coffee, milk and biscuits provided

Very nice rooms, no freezer compartment in fridge. Wifi password wasnt available, even after ringing the door bell at reception at 6pm Sat night

Comfortable and clean, but needs pest control. Spiders everywhere. Found the black house spiders in the bed and in the bathroom. One still living in the bathroom window frame in room 5

Advertised through 3rd party to be pet friendly Not pet friendly, the room I was given was up stairs my 88 year old companion struggled to get up & down . The carpet is filthy, the microwave had food splattered inside & the fridge freezer has not been defrosted for a very long time & is not possible to put ice bricks in it, the rubbish bin was not emptied the tea & coffee was not replenished nor towels Will never use a third party to book accommodation again The motel receptionist said because we booked through third party their hands were tied They did offer my friend could pay a reduced rate for a down stairs room & I could have the upstairs room at the original price.
