The owner makes you feel very welcome and cared for. I arrived late in the evening and the weather started to get chilly, but the cottage had been preheated for me when I arrived. The bed was excellent, and the terrace area was lovely. The bathrooms are also spacious, with plenty of soft towels. The self-catering facilities are impressive, as is the helpful information on activities to do and see in the area. The bed was comfortable and the towels were plush. I really like the visit of the resident sheep and pony and the python.

We had a wonderful two nights at this private and remote location. The main bedroom and bathroom were luxurious and huge in size. The spa was lovely, and the images on the website did not do the property justice! The kitchen, joined lounge, and dining rooms were cozy and accommodating. The one thing that worried me was the rule about not using oil in the kitchen. We wanted to prepare fried eggs and haloumi for breakfast in some butter. However, there isn't a frying pan provided. The owner says that all frying must be done on the bbd and clean it afterwards. Of course, fried eggs can't be cooked on a weber. That evening, we decided to cook our chicken on the weber, but it was filthy and we were lucky that we had a gas cooker and used that. The weber was not cleanable, but there was no cleaning equipment offered.

The attention to detail was appreciated by everybody. Jonathan gave us a warm greeting and gave us useful information about the room. The bed was more comfortable than any we'd ever slept on and all the amenities in the kitchen and bathroom were top class.

We had a great night here on our vacation to Baan Island. The host was very welcoming and even bought some snacks for the pademelons so we could sit on the deck and watch them. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and the bed is nice.
