Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
