The employees here were very helpful and nice. In fact, the hotel they chose was the best even though our trip was not yet fully booked, so if we wanted to go back to the original hotel, they will be happy to help you.

This is very disappointing. This hotel was chosen by the travel agency we booked with, but when we rebooted the other hotel it was not reopened. The staff was helpful and attentive and helpful. They were very welcoming and polite. During our stay, it was wonderful.

I have stayed in this hotel for many times but for my last stay I remember didn’t booked room with breakfast but when check in time the costumer service told me that my booking included breakfast. I am curious and ask her again for make sure and she said YES included with breakfast than she explain to me that breakfast will start from 6.30am until 10.00am. Then the next day when I am checking out they charge me for breakfast.
