This is a very pleasant apartment hotel with a sauna and breakfast room. The apparent are clean and comfortable and can sleep up to 4. Despite being an excellent 2-star hotel, the host families Johnny and Ellie are really caring and offer 5-star service. They assist with everything and serve a decent breakfast in the morning. Although the house is 700 m up the hill from the viewing lift, the hosts make it so welcoming that it is not too steep or long!.

The hotel is run by a travel agency in Denmark. The staff is young, enthusiastic, and nice. Breakfast has everything you need. Dinner is good, but sometimes the chef overworks, and some starters should not have been served. My advice is to keep it simple. The problem is the building itself it is simply old. Sofabeds were broken, furniture was broken, bathroom was somewhat moldy. So this is only a 2-star hotel. Management should consider that even the staff was nice, helpful, and friendly, they just could not make up for a building that needs a complete renovation.
