I have stayed at many of these alpine wellness hotels, but this one is by far my least favorite. There are a few drawbacks. First, I have a lovely room with splendid mountain views. However, the balcony I have is so small that it is completely inaccessible. And because the balcony next door is connected to the balcony of the room next door and they have a baby, it is not quiet. Dinner last night was good, but it wasnt spectacular. No one ever stopped by my table to ask if I needed another glass of wine or something else to drink. On the plus side, I liked the dessert buffet. Breakfast was nothing extraordinary. Everything is typical of a hotel. Normally, these wellness hotels offer a fantastic breakfast spread. Probably the most disappointing is that I hoped to spend my last four days here and had intended to enjoy the wellness area and relax before returning home. However, the wellness facilities are only open until 300! I would never have reserved here if their website had told me so. It's raining, so it's nice to use these facilities. If there wasn't a cancellation penalty, I'd check out tomorrow and locate a better location for my last two days. Regardless of the positive or negative, a review boils down to one question Would you stay here again? And sadly, my answer would be no.

This place is beautiful and comfortable. Because there are so many nice spots in the hotel, such as the dining area, bar, and the pool, the room size was big and the cleanliness was good. The pool here was so perfect. The location was close to everything. And then, the swimming pool area was so good. After that, even though the water temperature was very cold. Subsequently, the location and the place were so quiet.

We have previously stayed at this hotel, and it has always been a pleasure to remain, hence why we've come back. We slept in three rooms as a family, each with carpeted and lovely two rooms overlooking the wilder kaiser mountains and the grd room overlooking the ellmauer all quiet countryside. When we arrived, every room was clean and fully furnished, with a bowl of fruit and a sitting space. Yvonne, who commanded the restaurant, welcomed us warmly and very professionally on arrival with champagne and a wonderful welcome. During our stay, our granddaughter celebrated her gd birthday, and we were given a beautifully decorated table and seating area for her. We were in a small, very warm and bright restaurant that I specifically requested. The breakfasts are exceptionally healthy, with an extensive buffet, fresh bread rolls, preserves farmhouse butter, cereals, porridge, and fresh fruit. They served scrambled eggs that were delectable and cooked to ones taste, bacon, sausages, and adult swings. The childrens playroom is available for free. The breakfasts are also extremely healthy and include a wide selection of specialty foods such as farmers buffet, gala buffet, tomato buffet, and antipasto. The ski area in Ellmaugoing could use some updating, but once more it's a good area to ski. This is the second time we've stayed at this motel. The rooms are excellent, the staff is really pleasant, the food is excellent and always available with lots of options. The pool and spa area are pleasant and tidy. The problem I have is that if I recommend the hotel more people will come and stay here, and then there will be no rooms for us. Believe it or not, I'll be returning next year.
