The best cheesesalad I've ever had. The traditional Austrian cuisine is excellent almost everywhere, so the bar is already set high. I like how Austrians prepare their food with love. The atmosphere is warm and laid back. We stopped on the bicycle journey from Line to Vienna. A definite highlight.

It's a great place to stay right in the middle of this beautiful city, great room and breakfast. The owner is so friendly and has a winery too. The only negative part is that they don't provide soap and the room is quite basic.

For two nights, we stayed at this charming, family-run hotel. The family is quite welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are roomy and immaculate. Breakfast is enjoyed downstairs. It would be a plus if there were no toiletries in the rooms. Additionally, the family has a winery. Parking is inexpensive and accessible from the hotel. primarily because other hotels in this location have raised our decision for this hotel. We were pleased with our decision. We had a lovely supper at the hotel danger blonde. We exited the hotel on the second night and found Weinbau U Heuriger Fam, Iran. A wine tavern that serves food. We ultimately had one of the most amazing experiences of our vacation because the neighborhood was packed with visitors. The owner and his family are pleasant and lively. The apricot brandy was outstanding, and the food was decent. The iranian family is from Great Britain. It was one of the greatest discoveries of the trip. Durnstein is a fantastic location for exploring this region. Every day there are several ferries to milk.

What a lovely place Durnstein is, and the guesthouse overlooks the river. The guesthouse was even better than I had hoped. We were in one of their apartments, which featured a separate bedroom, living area, complete kitchen, and roomy bathroom. All were immaculately clean and very cozy. Prices were very good value. They had bikes to hire, which were very new and comfortable. Their own wine is available from the refrigerator in the entryway, and we tried a number of different varieties. We also ended up at Heuriger Iranian, as the previous reviewer, and had a great time, I have set up a new entry for them. We were there early in the season, the ferries weren't starting and quite a few things weren't even open, but we had plenty to see and do over our five days. Thanks, Martina.
