3rd visit to the Royal at Atlantis and still at the high standard we experienced 10 years ago. Something to do for everyone. Our kid’s are now 23 and 26 and it’s still their favorite place, and ours. Like everything and everywhere prices have gone up, however didn’t spoil our overall experience. We’ll be back in a couple of years and looking forward to our 4th visit! Julieanne in the VIP check in area was also awesome, Thank You! Only negative was the standard of the vehicle on our return transfer back to the hotel, hoping that Expedia can help solve this for us as we booked the transfer direct with Expedia.

Very convenient location close to everything, amenities are expensive which is expected, very clean and recently renovated so thats a bonus, unlimited access to waterpark, would really recommend staying at Royal!

We had always wanted to visit the Atlantis after having a brief experience whilst on a cruise years ago. We had friends who had given it rave reviews and wanted to experience it for ourselves. The resort lives up to the hype... and the cautions (very expensive!!). Armed with forehand knowledge, we were able to manage the costs (often had meals offsite) and had a remarkable time!

We had a blast an enjoyed everything about Atlantis! It was absolutely beautiful, we stayed in the Royal Tower and it is an older building but kept up with nicely. Our room was right over the turtle exhibit, with a water view, it was gorgeous! We enjoyed the pool (easy to get chairs even during peak time) and did a couple slides too (no kids, just us, mid 50’s), had fun!!! There is so much to do, we are already planning a trip back!!!

The Daily Resort Fee is per room and includes the following:-Daily Access to Aquaventure Water Park (value USD 190 per adult / USD 95 per child).-Unlimited access throughout your stay to The Dig, Predator Tunnel, and the largest open-air marine habit in the world with over 50,000 marine animals from 250 species.-Access to view fish and marine animal feedings.-Wi-Fi All Access (in guest rooms and lobby areas for four (4) devices; six (6) devices at The Cove and The Reef (value USD 24.09 per day).-Daily Access to Fitness Center for two (2) entitles guests to complimentary use of the cardio studio, universal and free weights. Tennis, fitness classes, and personal training sessions are omitted.-Two (2) Reusable Souvenir Water Bottles per room and access to filtered water stations throughout the resort.-Access to Indoor Theater and Poolside Movies.-Weekly schedule of complimentary Resort Guest Activities.-In-Room Coffee & Tea and Mini-Fridge (The Cove mini-fridges are not temperature regulated for medicine and dairy).-Resort Shuttle Service.-Daily Slot Tournament in Atlantis Casino.-Free Gaming Lessons (upon request).-Unlimited Local Phone Calls.
The property requires a security deposit of USD 150/night. This will be refunded at time of check out subjected to any incidentals for example Room service or Restaurant bills.
Upon check-in the guest needed to pay the resort fee and mandatory housekeeping gratuity. The Coral and The Royal = USD 59.00 plus a USD 5.90 VAT charge, totaling USD 64.90 per room per night.
Atlantis is a cash free property, and a valid credit card will be needed at time of check in to process any fees. Anyone checking into a room must have a credit card in their name. It cannot be in a person's name who is not on the reservation.
