An excellent hotel/apartment . I felt very comfortable staying there, and had everything I needed (with the exception of a first aid kit ) However , the surrounding areas felt unsafe . As I am a lone traveler this was a concern .

We enjoyed our stay here as a family of four, travelling with one teenage and one 9 year old boy. We stayed in the B Luxurious suite with two bedrooms and a living room for 3 nights. It was incredibly spacious and the layout of the suite was perfect for us as the kids were in a room on one end and, my husband and I in a room on the other end. We had separate bathrooms as well. We also used the communal laundry but you need to either buy the laundry washing tablet for €3 each or bring your own. We also used the small gym facility for our workouts. The only things to take note is that there is no reception nor staff members around to help, especially on weekends. When we arrived, we were only given one keycard when I had requested and they had confirmed to give us 2 (which is actually needed because the rooms needed 2 keycards to activate electricity in the room). I had paid €3 for the laundry washing tablet which I had to chase again when I arrived by calling them. In general, it wasn’t a bad experience at all but you will need to set the expectation that there help isn’t readily available at reception because it is a self-services Aparthotel. If you have that expectation in mind, then the stay will be a great one! We enjoyed it and recommend it.

L’appartement est très bien situé, accessible pour marché vers plusieurs sites d’attrait touristes ou avec métro juste en face. L’appartement était propre, confortable et identique aux photos présentées. Seul petits pépin, comme c’est un self checking, les informations pour accéder a l’immeuble n’était pas complètes. Heureusement quelqu’un s’est présenté car nous étions présents a l’heure précise des checking, car autrement nous n’arrivions pas à joindre qui que ce soit. Mise à part cette situation tout était en place pour un très agréable séjour à Bruxelles. Aussi, important de noter que les week-end il n’y a pas de café ouvert à proximité le matin.
