Boa opção com custo-benefício bom, considerando uma excelente localização, o que permite fazer praticamente tudo a pé. Estações de metro e trem bem próximas, facilitando o deslocamento inter/intra cidade. Único inconveniente, de fato, são as escadas de acesso aos quartos (não possui elevador).

We really enjoyed our stay at the Abberdeen hotel which is in an ideal location near the main shopping area and a 5 minute walk from La Brouckere Metro station but also in a quiet side street. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist who was more than happy to help and advise about the local area. We found the lobby area clean and comfortable while we waited for check-in. Our room was clean and tidy with crisp fresh linen and towels and toiletries. It is an old and very traditional style building and the spiral staircase would not suit everyone but we were able to negotiate it safely with and without cases and loved our room with skylights. We stayed for 2 nights - the bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. The ensuite is very compact but the shower was lovely - hot and powerful and very welcome. We loved our time in Brussels and this hotel was perfect for us. We would happily return while we are still mobile enough to negotiate the stairs.

L’hôtel est correct mais un peu vieillissant. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, avec un escalier étroit et aux marches assez hautes, ce qui peut être contraignant avec des bagages. Certains éléments pratiques manquent également, comme des porte-serviettes dans la salle de bain, ce qui aurait amélioré le confort. En revanche, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil, en particulier celui de Zina, qui a été extrêmement sympathique, disponible et professionnelle. Elle nous a très bien conseillés sur les lieux à visiter et nous a également briefés et mis en garde concernant le festival auquel nous assistions. Sans ses recommandations, l’expérience aurait clairement été moins intuitive et moins fluide. Malgré quelques points perfectibles sur l’équipement et la modernité de l’hôtel, le rapport qualité/prix reste très correct, surtout pour la période du Nouvel An à Bruxelles.

On a passé la nuit dans une chambre sans chauffage en hiver, mal isolée. On entend la pluie et le bruit toute la nuit, et la lumière traverse la fenêtre. Le lendemain, on a demandé le changement de la chambre et le personnel a été gentil et nous a changé une chambre avec du chauffage sinon, l'hôtel a proximité de la zone touristique à pied et pas loin du transport en commun

A equipe do hotel são maravilhosos, atenciosos, educados. Nota 100. O hotel esta em um excelente região, mas e muito velho, tem um cheiro muito ruim nos banheiros.

La chambre était bien dégradée (chasse d’eau fendu, lavabo sans loquet, parquet troué un peu de partout) Les toilettes était sale à notre arrivé, les couloirs sont utilisé comme débarras avec des sacs poubelles et des linges qui y traînent. La porte de la chambre ne donne aucune intimité avec un fonctionnement de fermeture défectueux

Demasiado ruido, no se puede dormir, hay un bar al lado del hotel que se comunica con el hotel y es un verdadero escándalo, con decirles que el hotel proporciona tapones para los oídos que son incomodísimos, no los puedes usar te lastiman
