Prijs kwaliteit verhouding in orde. Prachtig gelegen aan marktplein in centrum Sint Niklaas. Diverse uitgaansgelegenheden in nabijheid, maar absoluut GEEN geluidsoverlast oid.

The location of the hotel was quite good, however the overall hotel was appealing for the price as well. I paid €200 roughly for two nights in a family, four bed, room and it was very dirty. The carpet was old and stuck together, the beds were uncomfortable and the cheapest looking, a night stand was broken with an old deodorant left behind it. The room was quite big but the space was not used well. The bathroom was cut out of the room like a square and was an actual box. The bath tub, toilet and the whole bathroom was quite old and cheap looking, with the bathtub being very dirty and the sink faucet was broken. The whole hotel had a weird smell of ethnic food. The staff were nice but I don’t think the hotel was acceptable. The hotel description states there is free parking, however the hotel told me I had to pay. There was no instant coffee either because the hotel excluded breakfast so that could be improved. My stay was ok, but for the price they can renovate a bit and clean more.

Good location and cheaper price. Old beat up hotel with staff who got the job done but were not overly engaging. Right on the town square which was nice,.parking was difficult

Avoid 3 floor, its smoking area. Avoid room 111 in particular. Room 107 was nice. Overall its like a time capsule from the 80ties.
