Great hotel. Got a family room and the kids had their own room. Great service, clean and wakeing up to the smell of freshly baked crossaint, what more can you ask for. Location near great shopping, bars and restaurants and an amazing walk to the city. When going to Bruxelles, I will book it again.

Tout a été parfait. Le personnel tres agreable, poli et toujours le sourire. Assez reactif a nos demandes et nos questions. Bons conseils donnés. La chambre etait tres agréable, seul petit bemol, revoir la douche qui a quelques petits defauts. Lenpetit dejeuner du matin était très complet et vraiment tres bon. Quant a l'hotel en général, tres bien placé (metro juste a côté ), au calme et duper bien décoré. Ce fut un plaisir d'y sejourner durant quelques jours.

Very good location. Clean room. We booked the room with breakfast and the breakfast options are great. xCould do with some improvement with the small stuff e.g. disposable cups could have been replaced when the room is cleaned, etc. But I guess you get what you pay for. All in all it was a nice stay! Really friendly staff! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels on a budget. :-)

We had a fantastic stay! Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. There is a lift (great for when we checked in with luggage) and staircase. The decor is beautiful and there are a lot of breathtaking pieces of vintage furniture throughout the hotel. The location was perfect! Lots of amazing restaurants and shops within walking distance. The metro is a short and easy walk. We would most definitely stay here again!

It was all that I want from a hotel - clean, comfortable and helpful staff who fortunately speak excellent English as with underuse my French is almost non-existent. I do not know if it would suit a family. I asked for and got a single room - i.e. small - but still with double/queen bed.
