Our stay at Cassia Hills Resort was amazing! Our accommodations were as expected and the amenities were great! We did stay in off season so some typical things like not being fully stocked on food items in the restaurant were expected. The staff......TOP TIER! From personalized service to accommodations when one of our group members had an accident and hurt their leg, we could not have asked for better. Sarly and Carlos made the stay, honestly, as the accommodations were plain. Both went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and needed nothing. One thing that did take us by surprise was how far the cabin was from the entrance and it was all uphill. This is not a factor that would sway me from coming back as the grounds are beautiful, but for someone with mobility issues or physical constraints it might prove challenging.

Cassia Hill was a great choice for our trip in Belize. The staff was super kind and helpful. They helped us plan excursions and arrange transportation for the airport. The location and hotel itself were great as well. It was clean and a beautiful property. Definitely would recommend staying at Cassia Hill if you’re going to San Ignacio.

The property is beautiful with clean rooms and facility. The restaurant dinner was delicious and drinks were good too. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well stocked. Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the pool as well.

My wife and I stayed at Cassia Hill in April and very much enjoyed our stay. The grounds were large and well maintained and we got to see birds and enjoy fresh coconut that Marlon prepared for us. The pool was great on the hot days we had and food was very good at the on property restaurant. The location was really close to San Ignacio which was convenient too. The rest of the staff were great as well with Carlos stopping by to check on us and Christie helping us at the front desk. We plan on coming back

The staff at Cassia Hill Resort are amazing. Two especially, Abby at the front desk and Carlos the security man were wonderful. Isabella in the restaurant is exceptional! The location is perfect for anyone wanting to do excursions from San Ignacio. The cabins are spacious and clean. The maintenance guys brought us fresh coconuts to drink and eat. Excellent place to stay. My daughter and I stayed 9 days and have great lifetime memories.

We loved our stay here. The staff were so helpful. It was nice that we could order our breakfast ahead of time so that it was ready even if we had a tour to get to. It was a bit of a ways from town but we walked there for lunch once. It was also easy and cheap to coordinate a taxi to town if you prefer. The property was beautiful and we even got free coconuts. at the pool one day.

The photos online truly do not do this place justice. We had a wonderful stay here and made use of the pool. The staff went above and beyond helping us with a lost luggage situation. The restaurant had great breakfast

Beautiful setting and absolutely amazing staff that make you feel so welcome. Upon arrival our girls immediately went to the pool. Within minutes, Joe the groundskeeper arrived with fresh coconuts with straws for them to drink. Carlos the night time security guard was so friendly and helpful. We would love to return to Cassia Hill in the future.

The pool was enjoyable, the AC allowed us to sleep at night, we enjoyed the on-site restaurant. We also utilized the resort pay for fee shuttle service from the airport and to the water taxi. All very punctual and professional.
