Great value! No frills but clean and the nicest, most helpful host I’ve ever met. Ali was very knowledgeable about local tips and helped us with snorkeling, fishing and renting a golf cart. The hotel felt safe with a locked gate from 7 pm-7 am. And was a great location to downtown. Slept well, enjoyed the rooftop for sunsets and sunrises. We will be back!

The owner of the property is always available if you need anything. The maid service did a fabulous job cleaning, and maintaining the kitchen. The location is in central San Pedro and a very close walk or golf cart ride to all the sites and stores. I really appreciated the rooftop deck and pool because you can see the entire island and amazing sunsets up there. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to return. The only downfall to the property was that the shower did not have good water pressure or hot water for two people to shower consecutively.

The property is conveniently located distance from many shops, the beach and airport. The hotel is clean and Rosario, the housekeeper is awesome. The view from the top floor is breathtaking Unfortunately some properties and yards behind the hotel were unkept, full of trash and did not create a nice relaxing view from the bedroom window

Great manager and staff. easy to find on Ambergris Caye. clean inside. AC in bedroom. Run down surrounding buildings. No AC in the living room. Odd gas stove with propane tank below for cooking. May be part of the local culture.
