Estivemos 2 dias no fairmount na categoria Gold e adoramos nossa estadia. Desde a equipe staff, atendimento vip no lounge, café da manhã delicioso e piscina maravilhosa. A vista é simplesmente espetacular! Destaque para p Duarte garçon do lounge, uma simpatia em pessoa. Naomi que nos liberou um check-out late para podermos curtir mais um pouco E Gabriel e Gabrielle do gold por todo cuidado e atencão. Voltaremos com certeza!!

Tomar no café da manhã com vista maravilhosa e a melhor experiência do hotel, pena que o restaurante estava em reforma e não foi possível desfrutar da parte do restaurante com vista. Ficamos em um quarto, vista cidade, 842, cuja conservação estava péssima. Solicitamos troca de quarto o que ocorreu no dia seguinte e fomos para o 1236 onde tudo estava funcionando perfeitamente. O hotel passa por reformas e deveria ser avisado ao consumidor as restrições. A academia é maravilhosa. No bar fomos muito bem atendidos por Renato em duas noites q fomos

Serviço excepcional, funcionários treinados e muito educados e atenciosos. A vista para os aptos vista mar é maravilhosa. As instalações bem novinhas/ bem conservadas. A única ressalva é o café da manhã que não tem opções diet de geléias, bolos, não vi yogourt, enfim, falta uma estação para quem não pode ingerir açúcar.

Minha experiência foi em família e boa. Hotel está em reforma e precisa da mesma. Área da piscina tem cadeiras e mesas enferrujados e na suíte que ficamos existe um pequeno degrau do quarto para o banheiro que nos causou 2 acidentes no qual meu pe e da minha filha quase machuca com topadas. Também tivemos um pequeno problema com a água, pois deixamos na temperatura correta e quando retornamos a água estava fervendo não por não saber usar e sim por um problema interno deles no qual só saía aqua quente. Tirando esses problemas técnicos café da manhã confiança excelente mas talvez na próxima me hospede em outro hotel e apenas faça uma visita para desfrutar do mesmo.

We loved our stay at the Fairmont. We had a family suite which was perfect for a family of five. We also had the gold package which included access to the lounge. There was often food and drinks in there that was included in our package. This was a big help having kids and always having somewhere to go for food. The staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean. They had access to the beach already set up, which made it very easy. I would highly recommend staying at the Fairmont if you’re bringing your family to Rio.
