I had a great experience while staying in this hotel with my friend for 8 nights. Everything was amazing. The location is very strategic, with a good price, and the staff is friendly. The staff can't speak English, but otherwise everything is excellent. I will stay here again when I visit Rio de Janeiro.

I would stay here again. Excellent location in Copacabana, one block from the beach and close to restaurants, shops, etc. As other reviews suggest, the staff does not speak English or Spanish, and the rooms are outdated and in need of renovation. However, if you are searching for a basic room with a little extra space, this is a good deal. Free wifi, ac that worked great, and separate sleeping and living areas were nice. The kitchen was quite basic, but having a large fridge was also a plus.

This is a fine budget hotel for families with children for the cost we spent and the distance from the beach. For the price we paid and the distance from the beach, I believe this is a good budget hotel. We leased two rooms, and each one has a private bed room with a double bed, but one room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two people and another has a sofa bed that can accommodate one person. One room has wifi, but the other does not. The hotel is a block from banks, citibank, and a supermarket zone sul. There are restaurants nearby and lots of people on the street, which made us feel safe while we were there, but we came back to our hotel by 10 am every evening. The receptionists were friendly and spoke limited English, but there was no major problem.

The apartments are a short distance from Copacabana beach, in fact, the rooftop pool gives you a view of the beach. The apartment was much bigger than we expected, and it was maintained to a high standard on a daily basis. Although the pool is small, the beach is really not an issue because it is so nearby. As with most places in Rio, there were always doormen who were polite for the staff and security. Around the hotel are some excellent bars, restaurants, and the underground station is only a short walk away. We had a wonderful week here and will definitely return!.
